TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and orders placed with Enchanted Florals. By placing an order or confirming a booking with a booking fee, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. SAVING YOUR DATE

We recommend booking 3 - 9 months in advance as we offer our hire collections on a first come first serve basis due to limited availability and high demand. Custom Orders are recommended within the same time frame to allow adequate time for the sourcing and creation of custom items.

Before we can save your date you need to enquire via email to discuss your requirements and our availability. If we have your date available and when you are happy with your quote we require a £50 non-refundable booking fee to save your date officially.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment (or agreed booking fee) has been received.

We require a £50 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date & flowers, and this will be taken off your total balance.

We strongly recommend the booking fee is paid as soon as possible as without payment of this booking fee, your wedding date and flowers are not confirmed with Enchanted Florals.

By paying this you agree to the terms and conditions of Enchanted Florals products and services.

We will contact you 8 weeks before your wedding to confirm all details of your hire booking are correct prior to full payment being made.

Full payment of your order is due to Enchanted Florals a minimum of 4 weeks before the date of your wedding but it can be paid at anytime before this date.

We reserve the right to cancel any hire flowers, if payment is not made by this date. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.

Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

All payments are to be made by bank transfer and details will be provided on request.

3. HIRE ITEMS

All hire items remain the property of Enchanted Florals at all times.

Standard hire periods are for 7 days unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking and include delivery prior to the wedding date (usually 3-4 days) the day of the event (1 day) and return after the event (2 business days to send parcel).

Items must be returned within the agreed timeframe using the original packaging and instructions provided. As long as you drop your flowers off by the agreed return date, you won’t be held responsible for any postal delays.

Failure to return hire items on time or at all will result in additional charges.

Normal signs of wear are expected and accepted. In the event of significant damage, loss, or items returned in an unusable condition, Enchanted Florals reserves the right to retain all or part of any security deposit or request a contribution towards repair or replacement.

4. DELIVERY

Florals are delivered via DPD Next Day Tracked delivery service to the address provided in writing by yourself (the customer). Delivery dates are scheduled to allow arrival ahead of the wedding day.

Shipping is £19.99 for hire orders under £300 and free for orders £300+ (this includes pre-paid returns)

Shipping is £12.99 for custom orders under £300 and free for orders £300+

Enchanted Florals is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once items have been dispatched. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit may be required for some hire items. This deposit is intended to cover loss or significant damage beyond normal wear.

The deposit will be returned once items have been safely received and checked.

6. CUSTOM ORDERS

Bespoke florals made to keep are created to order and are non-refundable, non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

Full payment for custom orders are due before the items are shipped.

Due to the handmade nature of bespoke items, slight variations in colour, texture, and design may occur and are part of the unique character of each piece.

7. CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

For hire bookings, orders may be amended up to 8 weeks before the wedding date. After this time, Enchanted Florals cannot guarantee availability for last-minute amendments or requests.

Cancellation of Enchanted Florals’ services must be notified in writing by email to hello@enchantedflorals.co.uk no later than 8 weeks before the wedding date . Any booking fee paid will be retained regardless of the circumstances of the cancellation. As earlier stated we must receive full payment 4 weeks before the event. If you cancel your event within this time, after we have received payment from you, we will be unable to offer a refund, and will retain the full amount.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once a design has been approved and creation has commenced. Amendments to custom orders can be made before the items are shipped.

8. LIABILITY

Enchanted Florals cannot be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of hired or purchased items.

Customers are responsible for the safe handling of florals while in their care.

9. CARE OF FLORALS

Florals should be kept away from heat, moisture, open flames, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Enchanted Florals is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care guidance.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

Enchanted Florals reserves the right to use photographs of its florals for marketing and promotional purposes. No personal details will be shared.

11. PRIVACY

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be shared with third parties.

12. COMPLAINTS

In the event that you are not satisfied with Enchanted Florals’ products or services, any complaints should be addressed in the first instance, and within 1 working day of the delivery date, to:

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, photos, and branding featured on this website or in our marketing materials are the intellectual property of enchanted florals and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

14. GENERAL

We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions of Enchanted Florals’ products or services from time to time. We will inform you of any changes to our terms and conditions.

If you do not sign and return a copy of the Terms and Conditions as listed herewith; by the act of paying a booking fee, you are proceeding with the booking and entering into a contract and therefore agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate Enchanted Floral’s products or services for any reason at any time.
